Chairman
Dr Hsing-Hua Lai
Dr Lai pursues precision-medicine breakthroughs in implantation-window intervention and reproductive immunology, and has taken a forward-looking view in combining reproductive medicine with big-data analysis and advanced AI — working towards outcomes that are true, good and complete for every patient. That sense of purpose led him to found BiOLOVE, driving a comprehensive upgrade of the industry and building the company into an integrator of digital healthcare platforms with a global outlook.

General Manager
Chao-Chin Liu
In reproductive medicine since 1993, with roles at Serono and Merck. As head of the reproductive medicine business unit at Merck Taiwan he grew the unit by 368%. He joined BiOLOVE in September 2023 to lead overseas business, and became General Manager in June 2025, driving digital transformation and global expansion with the HiSA platform at the centre.
